Join us for an enlightening (and fun) session as Kyle Otten of Beyond Boundaries, helps us to see what team building, communication and leadership development can do for your organization. At this session, you should be prepared to engage in interactive team-building exercises and learn strategic processes to enhance cooperation and communication in the workplace.
Learning Objectives for this session include:
1. Learn interactive, team-building techniques to enhance cooperation in the workplace

3. Learn centering techniques to keep personal peace and power during conflict situations
Our Speaker
Kyle Otten is the Director of Experiential Therapy and Beyond Boundaries at Porter-Starke Services, a mental health community center in Valparaiso, IN. Experiential Therapy provides group therapy in all clinical programs at Porter-Starke using experiential techniques and modalities. Beyond Boundaries is a team-building program helping people effectively live, work, learn and play together. For over 20 years, Kyle has helped youth and adults improve their relationships in school, home, and work settings. Whether on an outdoor challenge course or inside a conference room, he engages groups to actively practice skills of communication, cooperation, support, and trust.
