Position: Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for screening job applicants on behalf of our clients and communicating hiring decisions to our clients in a timely and professional manner. Normal operating hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We offer a business casual dress code, company paid holidays and vacation, health benefits, 401K and more.


Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills required; working knowledge of email, internet usage and Microsoft Office products.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in the Transportation Industry is a plus, but other customer service experience will be considered
