Our 2019 Strategic Partner:

Each year, the Board of Directors selects a charitable organization to adopt as a strategic partner for the year.  We are proud to announce that the Junior Achievement of Chicago - NWI Division has accepted our offer for 2019.

Junior Achievement, a 501 c 3 Not For profit, is the nation's largest non-profit organization dedicated to giving young people the knowledge and skills they need to own their economic success, plan for their future, and make smart academic & economic choices. As a leader in workforce readiness education, we continue to make an impact with area youth across the Chicagoland area and right here in NW Indiana.

With over 1000 local volunteers and hundreds of company supporters, we inspired 600,222 kindergarten through 12th-grade students in the 2017-2018 school year. We are helping to prepare our future workforce with the skills and tools needed for success in the workplace.

The JA experience is shown to heighten students’ understanding of the role education plays in their future success in the workforce too. By bringing JA programs and volunteer role models into local classrooms, we introduce our young people to a completely new world. Learning about professions, career paths and hearing real-life personal and professional experiences, paired with our impactful JA programs, gives them a real-world perspective and a powerful experience that can be life changing!
