Our network includes 26 hospitals and multiple physician offices. 

The employee compensation and benefits coordinator position maintains company benefits enrollment and questions, manages insurance billing, maintains employee database and files, and assists with payroll processing. Monitors the company salary grade system to market and evaluates and provides grade specification for job titles. Evaluates new job titles for placement within the salary grade System. Responsible for all aspects of employee benefits administration. Provides information to employees regarding benefit choices, maintains records, functions as a liaison between the employee, service providers and benefit plan providers. Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment. This individual shall maintain a healing environment for employees and patients with a spirit of caring and concern as incorporated in the values of Alverno while performing job functions.

_Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business management, finance, or related field. 
_Two years of HR experience required. 
_Basic computer knowledge required with previous HRIS experience preferred. 
_At least two years of benefits administration experience preferred. Previous compensation experience preferred. CEBS or professional insurance license preferred
