Shea Rink, Senior Benefits Consultant

Shea specializes in plan design, funding, and administration of group employee benefits.  After graduating from Indiana University in 1996, where he served 4 years under legendary coach, Bob Knight as a manager, Shea spent the first 14 years of his professional career in medical device sales.  In 2010 Shea made a complete career change to Employee Benefits Consultant and has never looked back.  As a consultant, Shea prides himself on building relationships and partnerships with his clients and enjoys developing solutions and long term strategies to meet the needs of employees while managing claims spend.  Shea is passionate about helping clients realize the full potential of their benefits programs.

 

Chris Cazares CEBS, Employee Benefits Consultant

With over 20 years of insurance experience working with middle market employers, Chris listens to the client's concerns, understanding the unique business objectives, and develops innovative solutions that meet their needs. As a consultant, Chris specializes in employee benefits plan design and analysis, health management strategies,

compliance, plan funding arrangements, and wellness clinics. He is a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist and enjoys working with public and private employers.
