Self-Awareness Is the Ego’s Antidote

I often feel marginalized, without enough resources or power to make a real difference. I feel like I'm not enough at work, and in many of my relationships. How do these statements serve you? It is not 'you' as much as EGO telling stories about you. It is working to silence you into compliance. In this program, we will discuss the role self-awareness plays in helping us separate real from perceived threats and allowing us to gain power and control over each day as a leader.
