Geminus Corporation located in Merrillville Indiana was established in 1992 and offers innovative concepts...providing comprehensive support services, human resources, communications, purchasing, accounting, finance, client billing, and management information systems, for behavioral health care providers and human service organizations.  Geminus provides these services to Regional Health Systems, Geminus Head Start, and RBA located in Lake and Porter Counties of Indiana. 

Position: Human Resources Assistant

Geminus Corporation is currently seeking a Human Resources Assistant. The HR Assistant will support the Human Resources Department by providing administrative and clerical support. The daily tasks will involve, light recruiting assistance, data entry, and scanning, filing, tracking information utilizing spreadsheets, backup support for front desk coverage, and other duties as assigned. The HR Assistant must be a team player, have the ability to multi-task various projects and complete assignments in a timely manner.  Having good communication and customer service skills is essential to the position. The position requires the ability to type 40 wpm and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. The incumbent should also be familiar with using HRIS software.  This is a permanent part-time (25-30 hours per week) position working day hours.   

Requirements:

•             High School diploma or equivalent required

•             Some college coursework in Human Resources is preferred

•             2 years of administrative experience in Human Resources is preferred
