Horizon Bank has an opening for an HR Payroll Assistant position. This position offers exposure to many HR disciplines as well as culture initiatives - all within an exciting, fast-paced company during a time of rapid growth. As a member of the Human Resources team, the HR Assistant will provide support in the delivery of core HR services, with primary responsibilities for processing bi-weekly payroll for approximately 850 Advisors using ADP Workforce Now payroll software.
Qualifications include high school diploma or equivalent required. Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Human Resources preferred. Two or more years of payroll processing experience desired.
