As part of our National SHRM Affiliation, our chapter is required to review and update our by-laws on a regular basis.  In 2012, a committee of members from our Board of Directors, reviewed, researched and made recommendations for revisions. 

Once approved by the Board of Directors, the revised by-law document was sent to National SHRM for review.  Once approved at that level, the final document was presented to our general membership in February of 2013 for approval and the by-laws were officially ratified.
